Niagara Series This series of VQA wines, emphasizing true varietal characteristics, is limited to Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Merlot-Cabernet. This series has a Stelvin closure and is only available to restaurants. view wines	Core Series The Core Series focuses on cool climate vinifera grapes that grow well in the Niagara Peninsula. These wines express good fruit and emphasize the true varietal characteristics. These wines are in ample supply and are a combination of the previous Varietal and Reserve Series. view wines	Winemaker's Series These limited edition wines source grapes from several premium vineyards with the wines fermented separately. As the wines mature, Winemaker Bruce Nicholson constantly tastes them looking for lots that show exceptional character for the vintage. The outstanding wines are released either as single vineyard wines or blended with other vineyards. The Winemaker’s Series showcases Nicholson’s focus on terroir. view wines	Legacy Series Each vintage our Winemaker, Bruce Nicholson, chooses the most outstanding varietal from the vintage and makes one very limited wine. Bruce’s process starts in the vineyards selecting certain outstanding lots of one grape variety. This top tier wine has a distinctive gold label and bears Nicholson’s signature of approval. view wines
